Additional Information on Presentations at the Conference:
-
Each Design/Tech Participant has a 4-foot by 4-foot panel for their display at the top or bottom of a 4-foot by 8-foot panel.
-
These will be assigned during the Gallery load-in period on a first-come basis.
-
Due to the size of our panels, your 4-foot by 4-foot display will be right up next to another designer’s displays. Please plan accordingly, keeping your display within the boundaries of your assigned space.
-
If your display includes artifacts (e.g., models, props, wigs, etc.), you should plan on providing an appropriate display structure. These artifacts cannot block walkways or other students' work.
-
Students will have the opportunity to present live in person to experts in the professional and academic realms who will respond to their work.
-
You are limited to submitting one project per discipline.
