ASPIRE

The ACTF/LORT ASPIRE Leadership Fellows Program

About

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The ACTF/LORT ASPIRE Arts Leadership Fellows Program is designed to cultivate a new generation of artistic and administrative leaders for the American Theater with a focus on engaging Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) and members of other groups that are consistently underrepresented in the field.

Our regional festivals host in-person workshops in arts leadership. You will get the opportunity to present your ideas and meet artistic leaders in the field with a cohort of students like you!

Students interested in the world of arts leadership are encouraged to register for this program. Whether you hope to become an artistic leader or you are curious about how theaters operate, ASPIRE is a fantastic festival opportunity. Participants should expect to participate in Conference activities until the evening of 2/14.

No previous experience with arts administration necessary.
